Located in the heart of Casselberry, Florida, Oxford Square Condominiums offers a prime location on Oxford Road, just east of Semoran Blvd. Built in 1986 and converted to condominiums in 2005, our community features 283 spacious 1 and 2-bedroom units available for ownership or lease.

Owner HOA Payments

New owners must obtain a payment coupon book from the Property Manager. Regardless of receiving the coupon book, owners are responsible for timely payments. Fees are due by the 1st and considered late after the 10th, incurring a $25 late fee. Condominium documents can be found in the “Owner’s Den” on this website.

Plumbing

Report leaks, blockages, or dripping faucets to your owner/leasing agent. Unit owners are responsible for plumbing repairs inside the unit, including sheetrock walls. The association handles repairs within walls or slabs, including drywall (excluding texture and painting). Unit owners are responsible for water heaters, AC compressors, and AC air handler drains. Blockages within the unit are the owner’s responsibility, while blockages in walls or floors are the association’s responsibility unless caused by misuse.

Homeowners Insurance

The association’s insurance does not cover personal property damage inside the unit. Owners must purchase personal property insurance (HO-6) to cover potential losses like flooring and furniture. Consult an insurance professional for proper coverage and ensure tenants have renters insurance.

Owners Den

Access to the Owner’s Den is password-protected for unit owners only. To obtain a password, email the property manager at oxfordsquarecondominiums@yahoo.com including your unit address and name as listed on your property title.

Passwords may change periodically, and owners will be notified via their registered email addresses.
