BOD meetings will be given a 48hrs minimum notice under “News and Notices“ on this site and also posted on our bulletin board. Owners are encouraged to attend. “Pre-Approved” meeting minutes will be posted generally about a week after a meeting and will be officially approved at the next Board meeting. Annual Meetings and Budget Workshop will be given a minimum 14 days notice.
Our Annual Meeting is on the 2nd Tuesday in May @ 6:30 pm.
